Shipping & Return Policy
 

At AKWA, we are committed to delivering our premium spring water to you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and return practices below.


 

1. Shipping Policy
 

Order Processing
 

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
 

Subscription Orders: Recurring subscription orders are processed automatically based on your selected billing cycle.
 

You will receive another notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
 

UK Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

We offer standard and expedited delivery options. Deliveries to standard UK addresses typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
 

Bulk Orders & Heavy Shipments
 

Due to the weight and fragile nature of our premium glass bottles, bulk or wholesale orders may require specialized freight shipping. Additional transit times or handling fees may apply and will be clearly communicated at checkout.
 

International Shipping
 

We currently ship to select international regions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. AKWA is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Order Tracking
 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
 

2. Return & Refund Policy
 

Because we provide a premium, consumable health product, we have strict health and safety guidelines regarding returns.
 

Consumable Goods Exemption
 

No Returns on Water: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any water products once they have left our facility, regardless of whether the bottles are unopened.
 

Damaged or Defective Items
 

We package our premium glass bottles with the utmost care, but we understand that transit damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or compromised, please contact us at info@akwawater.co.uk within [48 hours] of delivery.

Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the damaged bottles.

Upon review, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a full refund for the damaged items.
 

Incorrect Orders
 

If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send the correct items at no additional cost to you.
 

Refund Processing
 

If a refund is approved (due to damage or an incorrect order), it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow [5 to 10] business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
 

Subscription Cancellations
 

Subscription boxes that have already been processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please ensure you cancel or pause your subscription via your account portal prior to your next scheduled billing date.
